每场比赛后，所有队伍都需要填写一份精神评分表，通过这5个条件来对他们的对手进行评估。 每个队必须有一个指定的精神队长。 这个人会:

• 当队员要求帮助解决规则不一致时，可以解决现场纠纷，所以精神队长必须非常了解WFDF规则（队长已收到最新的规则书，需要时请向他们询问）

• 在紧张情况发生时出面协调

• 在比赛结束时填写精神成绩单，并交给精神主管
  

All teams will be required to fill out a spirit scoresheet evaluating their opponents on these 5 conditions after each game. To lead this, each team must have one designated spirit captain. This person will:

• Be available to solve disputes on the field when players ask for help solving a disagreement about rules. The spirit captain must know the WFDF rules very well (captains have received latest rule books, ask them if needed)
• De-escalate any tense situations
• Fill out the spirit scoresheet at the end of the games, and hand it in to the Spirit Director

获得精神奖的队伍不仅仅是一个飞盘精神最好的队伍，这表明该队伍已经达到了所有的5个条件（或更好）故得到了最高的精神得分。 赢得精神奖的同时并赢得比赛是有可能的。

The team that wins the spirit prize is not just the one with the best attitude. It is not a consolation prize. It indicates that the team has achieved all 5 conditions (above), shown by attaining the highest spirit score. It is possible to win the tournament and win Spirit Prize. It is an honor.
